At Cassandra Mamone, we are dedicated to offering our customers the finest quality jewellery and excellent service. These terms and conditions govern your use of our products and services. By purchasing from us, you agree to comply with these terms. The 4-Week Guarantee Proposal Offer ("The Guarantee") applies to clients who have purchased a ring from Cassandra Mamone's proposal contact form. We reserve the right to revise, modify or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Cassandra Mamone will, upon the client’s request and subject to the restrictions described below, provide a credit or refund of the purchase price paid by the client for their Cassandra Mamone engagement ring that was crafted in excess of 4 weeks. This 4 week period is activated once both the 50% deposit and design approval has been received. The 4 week period concludes once Cassandra Mamone has contacted the client to notify them of the rings completion, and excludes any shipping or transit times.
The Guarantee is subject to the following conditions:
A. The Guarantee only applies to the following products:
Cassandra Mamone engagement rings
B. The Guarantee only applies to clients who have submitted the “4 week guarantee proposal” contact form.
C. The Guarantee only applies to clients whose first point of contact with Cassandra Mamone is via the “4 week guarantee proposal” contact form.
D. The Guarantee applies to the total amount charged to the client for the engagement ring, minus any consultation fees or other deductions from the invoice. The Guarantee is exclusive of all other items including, without limitation, ansportation or shipping charges, and taxes resulting from international shipping.
E. In the case of multiple item orders, The Guarantee will only apply to the engagement ring in each order.
F. Client must notify Cassandra Mamone for any claim of late completion of their ring in writing (via email at design@cassandramamone.com) within 7 calendar days of the 4 week guarantee expiry date. They must provide Cassandra Mamone with their invoice number, date of deposit and design approval. Within 30 calendar days after the client so notifies Cassandra Mamone, Cassandra Mamone shall either:
Provide the client with the credit or refund
Provide the client with information explaining the reason that their purchase is not
eligible for The Guarantee under the applicable limitations or exclusions, or
Provide the customer with evidence of timely product craftsmanship notification.
G. Client may not permit any other party to notify claims on its behalf nor assign claims to any other party. Payment by Cassandra Mamone of the purchase price to the client shall constitute a full release of Cassandra Mamone’s obligations for any further delay under The Guarantee.
H. This guarantee offer is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser. It does not cover the loss or theft of the item. We reserve the right to refuse any claim that does not meet the terms and conditions outlined herein.
I. The Guarantee will not apply where late craftsmanship is due to circumstances beyond Cassandra Mamone’s control, including but not limited to:
Custom delays
Shipment delays of goods or materials
Inaccurate or incomplete information provided from the client
Missing or inaccurate client contact information
Clients request for delay
Cassandra Mamone staffing shortages
Force majeure including but not limited to natural or man-made disasters
J. All other provisions of the Cassandra Mamone Terms and Conditions apply. The Guarantee is for a limited time only, and is subject to modification or cancellation by Cassandra Mamone at any time without notice.
K. The Guarantee does not apply to:
Orders placed online via the Cassandra Mamone website
Cassandra Mamone’s “Sweet Embrace” & “Perlina” range
Cassandra Mamone remodeled pieces
Non-handmade designs

L. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Australia.
Lorem Ipsum is simply dummy text of the printing and typesetting industry.
